• Verification Data: Business licenses or identity documents uploaded for account verification purposes.
• Payment Data: Subscription status and transaction IDs. We do not store your credit card or bank details; these are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide Services: To host and display your digital menu or portfolio to your customers.
• Process Payments: To manage your subscription billing via Razorpay.
• Verification: To verify the legitimacy of your business and grant the "Verified" badge.
• Support: To contact you regarding your account, technical issues, or updates.

3. Publicly Visible Information

Please note: Any information you add to your "Menu" or "Portfolio" (including items, prices, media, and business contact info) is intended for public consumption. This data is publicly accessible via your unique Vino URL and QR codes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Media files (images/videos) are stored in secure storage buckets. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted third-party service providers solely for operational purposes:

• Supabase: For database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
• Razorpay: For processing payments and subscription management.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your data. You can edit your business information directly through the Dashboard. To request full account deletion, please contact us.
