These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vino platform (the "Service"), operated by Devanga Rajkhowa/Vino ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Vino, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

2. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the text, images, videos, and other data ("Content") you upload to Vino. By uploading Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., displaying your digital menu).

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all Content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Vino to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, or obscene content.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the platform.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Premium features are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Taxes: Prices listed may be exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which will be calculated at checkout.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved at our sole discretion.

5. Business Verification

We offer a "Verified" badge for businesses that submit valid documentation. We reserve the right to reject verification requests or revoke badges if submitted documents are found to be forged, expired, or invalid.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vino is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rajkhowa Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Assam, India.
